Ms. Lo is a bilingual, bicultural Hmong, who has been the Sacramento AANCART Program Coordinator since 2008.  She has conducted community-based research with Hmong on breast and cervical screening, developed and implemented a plan for cancer education and early cancer screening among Hmong women in Sacramento County and assisted Hmong women in health navigation such as interpreting, providing transportation, one-on-one counseling and advocating for quality and timely health care.
