U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) has released Action Plan

to Reduce Racial and Ethnic Disparities: A Nation Free of Disparities in Health and Health Care. The report outlines goals and steps HHS will take to reduce health disparities, including the promotion of health care integration and evidence-based programs.
